Media Manager requirements
| Media Manager for ITSM will manage tapes with a barcode for any version of ITSM Server V3.7 or later. Media Manager for ITSM can be installed on any Windows system ( XP or Vista ) Media Manager doesn’t require the ITSM backup or administrator client on the PC. Also the registry needs to be open for adjusments during installation.
Media Manager requires:
- Media Manager doesn't need the ITSM DRM feature.
- Network connection between PC with Media Manager and ITSM Server to manage.
We recommend to install IE 6.0 of higher and install at least one printer for output of your Media Manager courier forms. |
